How to Get Care
PCC manages programs that provide health services to uninsured Montgomery County residents from low-income households (at or below 250% of the federal poverty level).
These programs provide:
Primary Care Services for Adults (Montgomery Cares)
Behavioral Health Services for Adults (Montgomery Cares Behavioral Health Program)
Primary Care Services for Children (Care for Kids)
Medication Services
Specialty Care Services
Cancer Prevention and Detection Services
