Support your clients and community members by connecting them with a pathway to employment and professional growth.

Local Recovery Services

Strengthen local recovery services with bilingual peer support specialists who can serve Latino youth ages 13-30.

Culturally Responsive Care

Partner with PCC to advance health equity and expand access to culturally responsive care.

  • Peers with lived experience can connect with young people in ways that traditional providers cannot.

Participants will receive: 

  • Free training and supervision hours to become a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist (CPRS) with Tree of Hope

  • 500 hours of paid work experience ($17.66/hour)

  • Job placement support in the recovery field

Who we're looking for: 

  • Eligible participants must be 18 or older

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • High school graduates (or GED)

  • In recovery for at least 9 months

  • Residents of Maryland or work in​ Maryland at least 51% of the time.
