How does it work?

Ideal employers:

  • Intensive outpatient and residential treatment programs

  • Youth-serving behavioral health programs

  • Community-based nonprofits and clubhouses

  • Health systems and clinics

How does it work?

  • Eligible participants must be 18 or older

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English

  • High school graduates (or GED)

  • In recovery for at least 9 months

  • Residents of Maryland or work in Maryland at least 51% of the time.
