How does it work?

Tree of Hope provides a credentialed supervisor to oversee training and practice hours.

A no-cost opportunity to host, mentor, and evaluate potential future hires while adding immediate support for clients.

Yes — the training is free for participants, and the 500-hour fieldwork is fully paid by PCC.
Ideal employers:
Intensive outpatient and residential treatment programs
Youth-serving behavioral health programs
Community-based nonprofits and clubhouses
Health systems and clinics
How does it work?
Eligible participants must be 18 or older
Bilingual in Spanish and English
High school graduates (or GED)
In recovery for at least 9 months
Residents of Maryland or work in Maryland at least 51% of the time.
